Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment we generally use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

For contracts on digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, however, the right of withdrawal may expire early under the conditions set out below.

3. Early expiry for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

At bspmarket.de this concerns in particular the immediate download or immediate unlocking of digital maps, BSP files, assets, download packages or comparable digital content. If you confirm immediate performance during checkout or before the download is provided, and the digital content is then provided, your right of withdrawal may expire upon provision.

Without such express consent and confirmation of awareness, immediate provision before the withdrawal period expires may not be treated as if the right of withdrawal had expired. Statutory warranty rights always remain unaffected.

4. No exclusion of statutory warranty rights

The expiry of the right of withdrawal does not mean that statutory rights regarding defective digital content are excluded. If digital content is not provided, does not work, deviates significantly from the description or is otherwise defective, you may be entitled to statutory warranty rights.

5. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete this form and send it to us. Its use is not mandatory.
